The Barajas family has been involved in music ministry since they met in 2007 in Dubuque, Iowa. Their music ministry and Chris' military service have landed them all over the world praising God with different congregations. They have served as praise team members for the Ramstein Contemporary service at Ramstein AFB, Germany, St. Paul Lutheran Church in Niceville, Florida, and the Randolph AFB chapel in San Antonio, Texas. They are happy to return as the Worship Leaders at Discovery Church after five years and are excited to return to the Discovery family while Chris is stationed in Las Vegas. Chris currently serves as a Captain with the Air Force. Chris and Kersten have two sons. Kersten teaches dance classes and participates in dance competitions. Kersten works with our kid’s ministries and kid’s productions.
